I took the recommendation of several of the people on Citysearch and went to see Jesse at Artizan for highlight and a haircut. My stylist had recently moved away and the salon would not give me my color formula so I decided this was the time to make a change. more

I had not been to a salon since I had my first child 8 months ago and I knew I was way past overdue. My friend Angel had been trying to get me to go see a long time friend of hers for months and I finally broke down and did it. I saw Jesse at Artizan this past Saturday and I can honestly say I have never enjoyed myself more or been anywhere near as happy as I was when I left the salon with a new highlight and an awesome haircut. Jesse was friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed for the lifestyle I lead and gave me far more than what I expected. I loved the shampoo girl for taking extra steps to make me comfortable and I love a salon that offers wine and cheese. Jesse I am sending every friend I have to see you and I won't stop until they are all coming to you! You are the best! more

I have been using Artizan since I moved to Florida 9 years ago - it's always a scary experience when you have to find a new hair stylist, but when I found Lisa my fears were over! Not only is she the best hair stylist in Orlando - it is also pleasure to be in her chair for hours. She is always fun and upbeat which can make a long trip to the hair salon much more enjoyable. My daughter also uses Lisa and loves her. I highly recommend Artizan and Lisa! more

I got a really disastrous color job in the mall last week (I went in for highlights and came out with BLACK hair!!!) and my husband googled hair salons in Altamonte Springs to find someone to fix it. Artizan Salon came up and he made me an appointment with Kim. I was in tears when I arrived but she immediately made me feel at ease. It took several hours but she fixed my hair and it looked better than it had ever looked! I can't thank her and Artizan enough for getting me in so quickly and doing such a great job. Everyone was so kind and so understanding. They are so professional and even though they could have charged me any amount, it actually turned out to be less than what they charged me for the horrible haircolor at the mall. Thank you Kim! My family has been going to Artizan for years and we have never come away disappointed. The stylists are always up to date and frequently offer to try a new technique or suggest a new look. I can get my whole families hair done at Artizan and always be confident that we all look great. The price is reasonable and the service is always top drawer! I have had a lot of facials, but the one I got from Gina at Artizan surpasses anything I have experienced! Such great service in such a relaxing atmosphere, I am looking forward to retunring many many times! LOVE the Murad skin care...what a difference! more

I had followed another stylist to this salon and when she was not available I asked for someone else to do my highlight. I'm so glad the receptionist recommended Jesse. She could tell I wasn't happy with my hair but I wasn't sure how to tell her what was wrong. She made some suggestions and since she seemed to know what she was doing I let her run with it. I'm so glad I did! My hair has never looked so good! Everyone has noticed what a difference...like night and day! I'll be back - not just for the great hair but for the glass of wine, but Jesse and her next door stylist Debbie stayed with me the whole time and I had a great time! Thanks Jesse and Debbie! Pros: Wine, Cheese and Crackers and Danishes to snack on! Cons: Parking was kind of crowded. more

Stopped at Pier One in Renaissance Center and sent my shaggy and reluctant husband to Artizan for a ""clean up"". When I came back a half hour later I found him with an ice cold Heineken, laughing and yucking it up with a stylist who had given him the updated look I always dreamed of! He has never looked so good and taken so much pride in his appearance! Everyone was happy and friendly and smiling and really seemed to care about what they were doing. No moody artistic angst to be found in this salon! Kudos to the staff at Artizan for ""keeping it real""! Pros: Tons of Parking and Great Shopping Center Cons: None! more

I had been by this salon many times in the past years but was referred to Bonnie by a friend after a rather disastrous Highlight result from another local salon. The salon was very busy and yet very friendly, attentive and professional. It is a beautiful salon and I was offered a glass of wine while I waited - very briefly - for Bonnie to come and get me. She listened carefully to my concerns, and gave me the best highlight and haircut I have ever gotten! I was concerned that it was going to be very expensive - only because the salon is so well appointed and looks expensive - but I was pleasantly surprised that it was quite reasonable. They also have great jewelry and accessories - also reasonably priced. I bought a watch and a really pretty necklace for my mother in laws birthday. Thanks Bonnie and Artizan! I'll be back! Pros: Quick and on time appointments, Excellent Service, Great Value Cons: Was not recommend products or a follow up appointment. more
