I have been using this salon since they opened several years ago and Never had a problem. I always felt pampered and had great service and loved how my nails look. The owner has always been polite and sweet and meticulous about her work. They are popular, so it's a good idea to make an appointment. Prices are very reasonable. I had the miss fortune of getting my nails done at this salon>. not happy with the outcome of my nails I requested that they be redone>> owner Chrissy felt she was too busy and unable to work with me on a solution to get my nails to where I, as a customer would be happy>> I requested a refund of the $32.00 she charged for a very RUSHED and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL job on my nails>. She refused. She also stated that I had complained 3 other times and she had no time for me wanting to get something for NOTHING!!! how dare her. I had been going to her salon for a year or so now>> I had a tec that was detailed and wanted to please the customer>> She left her employment . I had to go to her or her other tec>> after my experience with the teck that left the two that are there now do not measure up>> Chrissy the owner needs to take a lesson on how to treat customers>. I too had my own business and would have ever spoken to anyone the way she did me>> I would have found a way to accomadate my customer>.\r Truly DO NOT WASTE your TIME & MONEY there are far better salons in the Lancaster area>>> Cons: Owner not accomadating & very rude more
