Best Hair Salon 4/11/2008

I recently scheduled an appointment for the 1st time at Artistic Hair with a stylist/colorist named Laura. It was a GREAT experience. Laura was able to correct a terrible color that I had done a couple of weeks before at a different salon. Her demeanor was sweet and she did EXACTLY what I asked to my hair. I am VERY satisfied with my hair color and highlights, and will definitely make Laura at Artistic Hair my permanent Hair Designer! I recommend Laura and Artistic Hair to everyone! Thanks Laura!! more

Best Hair Salon 4/10/2008

Artistic Hair is the place to go if you are looking for somewhere new. Tracy is absolutely amazing when it comes to color and cuts and weaves, you name she can do an awsome job for you. Christine was helpful and stayed late to help with makeup questions and customer service. I can not say enough wonderful things about thier salon and service. Talented Stylist 3/19/2008

Jackie is new to Artistic Hair. I needed to get my hair done soon and was able to get in right away. She is very motivated and talented. She has attended Red Kens' hair classes, optained her certification in hair extentions by Hair Dreams. She is able to do several types of cuts and styles. One of the great things about Artistic Hair is that all of the stylist are very friendly and educated and stay up on the most recent styles. I love Artistic Hair otherwise why would I fly from Seattle to get my hair done!! 3/18/2008

I live in the Seattle area and fly into Orange County to get my hair cut and colored by Tracy. Every time I leave I feel totally cool. I also love the conversation and friendship we have developed over the last 15+ years. It is a friendly and warm place and I always feel like I am getting more than my monies worth. It is always a great experience. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. more

Great Cut and Color Everytime 2/28/2008

I have been going to Colleen at Artistic Hair for about a year. When I first went there my hair was over processed, dry, and really damaged. I thought she was going to recommend cutting it all off and starting over. But Colleen was so understanding. She slowly transitioned my hair into this amazing result. I always get a great cut and the perfect color. But more importantly, Colleen has somehow managed to give me great, healthy, shiny hair. I love it and I love her. Everyone there is friendly and warm. Also, on the rare occasions when I have to change my appointment, they have been so understanding and great. I really like this Salon and I think Colleen is wonderful. Want to know why I drive from the Inland Empire to Orange County every 5 weeks? One word ""TRACY!"" 2/27/2008

I'm a long-time client of Tracy. When she moved to Artistic Hair in Orange years ago...it was a no-brainer for me...of course I followed! She's that good. Not only is she an exceptional stylist, she continues to learn new techniques from the ""best of the best"" in New York City. Artistic Hair is a cozy and beautiful salon, never pretentious (like some O.C. salons can be)...I always feel welcome and right at home. If you're looking for someone who cares about your hair just as much as you do - look no further. Tracy is your girl. You'll love what she does, I promise. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO HAVE LONG, BEAUTIFUL HAIR UNTIL NOW!!! 2/23/2008

None of the women in my family have ever been able to grow there hair long. As a matter of fact, I have NEVER ONCE had a compliment on my hair, until now. Colleen Clarke (as well as well as every stylist in the salon) not only pays extreme attention to detail, she prides herself in product knowledge and continuing her career education. One of the career choices she decided to perfect was HAIR EXTENTIONS. Thank you Colleen! For the first time in my life I have beautifully colored, LONG, luxurious hair. I have never had so many compliments about anything as I now receive on my hair. It?s almost embarrassing at times, however, I think I can handle it. Everyone I know (including kids) tell me I look so much younger. Well?I feel younger! It's amazing!!! There are just certain things you just can't live without. Well...this is that one thing that, if I had to get a second job, I would.\r Aside from how amazing you will look and feel, I can guarantee, you will never enter a salon where you feel sooooo much a part of everyone you come into contact with. Seriously, I can't say enough....you are all so amazing!! Pros: You will always leave with a smile and feel you spend time with your friends, and family Cons: My husband feels we no longer have enough mirrors in the house. more
