ARTISTIC SHOWER DOOR & GLASS DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON OUR SHOWER DOOR. DAN WAS VERY HELPFUL DURING THE PROCESS OF HELPING US DESIGN OUR SHOWER ENCLOSURE. HE BROUGHT SAMPLES OF GLASS AND HARDWARE, WHICH REALLY MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS MUCH EASIER. WE ARE PLANNING ON REMODELING OUR UPSTAIR RESTROOM AND WILL DEFINITELY USE ARTISTIC AGAIN! more

Artistic Shower Door & Glass did a fantastic job replacing a broken window in my house. I was really surprised how easy everything was. They came out and didn't require a lot of time to figure out what to do. They gave me a very reasonable quote and didn't gouge us. I had talked to a couple of other companies who told me they'd have to tear out the entire wall! So I felt like they were pretty honest with me. They came and installed the glass and put an insert in between the panes, which I didn't even know could be done. It was done very quickly, in less than an hour! I was very surprised with that too! And they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess behind at all. Everything looks great! And they did it before the rain got here. They were pleasant to talk to over the phone and in person. I would definitely call them again if I needed to, and if I ever need anything custom made or designed I would definitely call on them! more

We've used Artistic Shower Door & Glass two times now. The first time was for a window. We had to chase and chase and chase them to come through with that. The second time we used them was for a shower door and we had to chase and chase them for that too. They couldn't find a piece, which held us back from doing other things. Finally, the found what was needed and the installers came. I really like the installation guys. Unfortunately, the shower leaked. It turned out that the clips needed more silicone. They had to come back to fix it. I guess I figured that if they've been doing this type of work for years and years, they should know to use more caulking and silicone at the start. Overall, I really like this company and will and am continuing to use them again for other projects. I feel like Christina is a new employee, and that maybe they are trying to turn things around. I appreciated their work and that's why we continue to use them. I do think that their customer service could be a whole lot better, but as I said, I think they're working on that.
