Secretary was very rude and sounded bothered on the phone, when asking for an update on progress of ordering a new part / repair. After informing them that I was not happy with the attitude, I was hung up on. I then received a voice mail from (Manager/Owner ""David"" not sure) who then proceeded to inform me that he was standing next to the secretary when I stated she was rude. He then stated, that if I did not like their service to go else where, that he did not care. He also stated that if I wanted the work done and didn't think I could deal with the secretary, to again go else where for service, he did not care. I put in a formal complaint with American Home Shield (Home Warranty company) who uses this company. They will not be working on my AC equipment and informed AHS that they should look into other possible complaints about this company. I have read on other websites, of at least 3 other complaints about customer service.
