We had a pool built July 2014 and My husband had to supervise the job every step of the way. Artisian Pool claimed to do all their own work but every step of the way is a different subcontractor. The "supervisor Jason" was never around to supervise just collect money. Our pool too has cracks around it but the stupidest thing is is they did not install a overfill drain so that when it rains the over fill will not drain out. We were told the water can not go above the plastic band that runs at the top of the tile so we have to be home to physically monitor the level of the water & pump out when it gets too high. Planning an upcoming vacation my husband called Jason several times for him to give us an estimate to install the overfill drain. Never calls back. He calls the owner Brian & talks to him, still nothing happens. We end up calling another pool company to come & give an estimate. TERRIBLE customer service & experience - don't use them! more

I have a 15000 gal pool with enclosure, extra decking and extra solar panals. I picked Artesian for the free pool light kit, supposed lifetime warrenty on my pool pump and their claim that they would fix or solve all problems.\r My pool is almost 2 years old. I am on my second pool leak. This is almost funny since nothing about my pool deck drains water for S%$t. I would think that any moron knows that water does not run UP HILL. Oh. Did I mention they are not interested in my pool issues. They don't return calls for problems. The construction guy John is not much of a people person. \r My enclosure was a second company. It is fine. Has some odd flaws and some rusty screw heads, but nothing intolerable. I wouldn't waste money on extra solar panals next time although, Artesian built in some flaws in the pump piping and said it wasn't their problem (that leaked also and to this day) and the solar people fixed the pump pipes on promise I wouldn't tell anyone cause they only work on solar more

Artesian told me they would take care of everything. All I needed to do was write the check and my pool would be finished in 5 1/2 to 6 weeks. 3 weeks into constuction, my pool was put on hold for 3 weeks due to they did not get permission from my homeowners association to put the pool in. My yard and my neighbors yard have been a muddy mess due to all the rain. If I had to do it all over again I would use another company. Pros: None Cons: Make statements they cannot follow thru with more

The previous owners of our home had a pool installed 18 years ago. It has aged wonderfully! We have had many years of use from it and expect to have a few more before any resurfacing needs to be done. Based on what we've seen with this pool, we can highly recommend this company! more
