I am a dance instructor and have been waiting for costumes that I ordered in Jan for an April delivery date. I have received two seperate deliveries and still dont have the whole order. Today is May 24th! As the rest of you dance instrustors know timing is important. The customer service is horrible. I have been in business for 27 years and have never had such problems. Unless I get the rest of my order in 2 days, my show is in major trouble. Dealing with this customer service department is like ordering a special sandwich @ Mc Donalds in Harlem! Dont be fooled...the service comes as cheap as the clothes.
