Unhappy with purchase...and keep finding additional things broken on a daily basis....and feel I overpaid! I do have to take some responsibility for not making the extra trip to inspect before finalizing purchase. more

LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys! I was researching 2010 Outbacks and this cool blue one kept popping up in my search. The price was great…the year of the car and mileage: all great. Then I saw I could instant message with the dealership on their webpage…and that’s how I met Cody Flynn (one of their fantastic customer service reps). He was personable (even over the web) and so willing to help. I eventually gave him a call as I started to fine-tune my car buying options and immediately felt a rapport with him (which in my experience, is very rare with dealership people). We talked a bit about the car, about what I was looking for, etc. It definitely seemed that the car would be a good fit for my needs. So I decided to drive the hour and a half to Enumclaw to take a look at this car. Everyone there was great. Friendly… in a genuine way. It made the long drive…during rush hour traffic…worth every minute. I ended up buying that cool, blue Subaru from my friendly…and oh so patient… sales guy (Todd Geelan) for a very fair price and had fun (yes, fun) during my entire time there. The finance guy (Tom Rockwood) got me an even better finance rate through BECU than I was pre-approved for. I highly recommend Art Gamblin Motors. No matter where you are driving from :) more

I had been searching for a few months for just the right Chevy Traverse. I finally found one on Gamblin's web site, the price and mileage were perfect. After a quick call to them to confirm they still had it, my husband and I went in to find the Traverse waiting out front for us to test drive. We drove out with exactly the Traverse we had been looking for! The salesman, Sal, was very helpful (not pushy) and fun. Even though we kept them after closing everyone involved was very nice and patient. Financing with the help of Tom Rockwood was quick and painless, he made sure we got the rate and monthly payments we needed to stay in our budget without marking up our credit with a bunch of different bank inquiries. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would definitely recomend checking them out. Well worth the trip to Enumclaw! Thanks guys! more

We bought a used car from Gamblin Motors last week and it was a very good experience. After seeing it advertised on the internet, we went and looked at the car. They let us have it overnight to take to a shop in Seattle for a buyers inspection. After the inspection, we made what we thought was a fair offer and with a minimum of "I'll have to check with the manager" we agreed on a price and were off to sign the papers with the finance manager. I think we were done in less than an hour and are happy with our car and the service. Our salesman was Shar Phillips. more

I saw a vehicle that I really liked on the gamblin motors website, so I went in to check it out. When I pulled into the lot and parked I was greeted by a very nice young salesman. He introduced himself as Bryce and began to help me. It was raining very hard and he was nice enough to actually go out in the rain and get the truck for me. He then pulled it right to the front door so i didn't have to get wet. I had never been treated this well when buying a car before. I was very excited to purchase my first ever chevy truck. It was made all that much better by the way that i was treated by evryone in the store. Overall it was by far the best experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a car from Gamblin motors. I had a small problem with it. So I called my salesman Jim Wiseman and told him what my problem was. And he laughed and said bring it down and we will have it fixed in less then 5 min. Well it took less then 5 min. Again a very big shout out to everyone thats going to buy a car.
