Disappointed 11/28/2010

I had made a payment to my provider. Prior to my account being transfered to this agency.\r I contacted this collection company to dispute the validity of there information by phone and then sending a photocopied letter. I infromed them the provider I owed funds to was paid by a U.S. .Postal Service money order a payment which was accepted prior to the ending date of the billing period.\r I am still awaiting information regarding this activity by this agency, and have continued to stay current to my provider with monthly payments asking for a balance due.\r The Provider has not returned my requests for the balance due, nor has this agency sent information regarding the validity of there claim. \r I have kept reciepts of money orders sent to my provider, copys of letters sent to this company and are now awaiting legal action by this company to seak a judgment against me.\r I look forward to informing a Judge in a Court of Law my actions and the actions of all parties involded. \r more

Horrible, horrible, rude staff-need more training!! 2/9/2009

I make payment on time as always, never late once, but they did not send out their bill to me on time and said I did not make a payment which was not truth. \r \r I called their 1-800 number. I was not rude and I just wanted to find out why they said I was late for my payment, OMG, the rep was so rude and did not want to listen to my concern, provided me inaccurate information. When I questioned it, the rep yelled and talked over me. She was very rude and not helpful and I could not get any answers, so I had to say Goodbye to THIS rude and useless customer service rep like her at the end. Nothing gets resolved. \r \r That was the most horrible customer service I never received AND what a terrible rude person I just had to deal with! Totally waste of my time!!\r \r Just because you are in collection service, it does NOT mean you have to rude and no class-you should treat your customers with respect. \r \r For your record, I do make my payments on time, do not collect late payment unless you send out your bills ON TIME!! Need proper training to your staffs. more
