First time really deal with them for a repair . I brought my 99 F4 carbs in for repair and all I can say is bike now starts and runs great again .I found no problem with there work or attitude . I'm in the repair business , you try working on these bike everyday when things don't always go smoothly .That being said ,Thumbs up for Arson . more

DO NOT GO THERE Horrible horrible service, repair and customer interaction. Not to mention they over charge you for anything and take waaaaay to long to complete the simplest task. These people are careless and do not assume responsibility for their work. After having them perform a repair, the bike spilled oil from the engine all over the back tire while riding on the highway, almost caused me and my friends behind me to slip and wreck. THEY DO NOT TAKE THIS SERIOUS. They have been sued and will continue to get sued. Lazy, lousy, careless and irresponsible. more

I have know frank&rob since April 2011! They are very honest and real professionals! I have 2010 R1 and on Saturday I was going to take it out,for the firs time in this season,don't know how,but I made stupid mistake, I putting the battery wrong way and cables got messed up so I connected positive(+) cable to (-)negative on the battery and negative (-)cable to (+)positive on the battery! :))) I could not start my bike for 2h! When I called arson frank came with his truck and picked my bike up we had no idea what was wrong with the bike,he calls me in 2h and tells me that 15$ fuse went bad,he could easily Say that my computer is bad I would never known that,but they are honest and quality job they do is amazing&impressive!
