It was my first time doing the ""Pawn Thing"" , not sure what I was walking into...these guys were not only informative but genuinely nice. Apparently it is one of the few family owned Pawn stores in the valley, and it felt family owned,& they gave me a great price on my bracelet. I would recommend Arrow Pawn to anyone who wants a fair deal. more
