Being new to Florida, I knew I needed a pest exterminator. So hired Lan Mac. No one has yet, to ever explain all the services they offer. I assumed Terminte Control was included. Had no idea that was separate.Never knew they offer flea and tick control for the yard too, for my pets. Customer Service leaves something to be desired. You call them during the day at times, and your sent to an answering machine during normal business hours. Their Fire Ant Control service is terrible. Did not have a lot of fire ants, but had to call last season 7 times,and wait a week, to have them keep coming out. SEVEN TIMES!!! ALL within a 6 month period. I finally called and asked to speak to a manager, who was pathetic over the phone. Acted like he could careless, and just said "Well, we use the best products on the market to control them", I was so frustrated!!! I finally demanded my yard be re-done. Reluctantly, he agreed. Then when Roger showed up, we asked me which "areas" needed to be treated. more

I am not sure that I would recommend Lan Mac as a business. The staff has not always been very satisfactory. But... John who is an employee of theirs is the best. I recommend him, not necessarily the company he works for. He is very trustworthy, always comes when he says he will. He is very thorough. Will only use him. If he ever leaves Lan Mac, I will have to consider another company, but will stay as long as he does. more
