If you're not happy with your purchase, no matter what the reason, be prepared to pay a 20% restocking fee. Even if you feel the item is not functional. And don't expect them to be very friendly. They're only friendly when they're taking your money at the point of sale, not when they're taking your money with their restocking fee. Bought a crappy bracelet that I absolutely didn't like or felt worked properly and they refused to accept that saying they had 3 different employees wear it and ""it was just fine."" Riiiight.
