Great Dentist, Great staff 12/23/2017

Always a professional experience. Dr Arnold and his staff always make my visits the best they can be. It is rare when I have to wait beyond my appointment time and even then it's only minutes. The office is clean and modern. If you are looking for a new Dentist, look no farther. more

Best dental visit ever! 10/20/2017

I have a few ongoing dental issues and so of course I was a bit uneasy about my dental visit. However, Dr. Arnold and his staff were amazing. From entering the building until exiting I felt completely at ease. Everyone listened to my concerns and the Dr. provided sincere recommendations. I didn't feel as if he were trying to get me to have unnecessary procedures which is usually what happens with me at the dentist. I am definitely a client for life. I am glad I found this office. more

I Look Forward to Visits to the Dentist! 8/31/2017

I have been a patient of Dr. Arnold's since he opened his practice on Bell Shoals in the early 2000s. He's a fantastic dentist who always takes the time to make sure I understand what needs to be done and why. His staff routinely navigates around my insurance with ease and helps me to maximize my benefits and manage costs. They even helped me find a way to fund some work I needed done when I was between insurers. The staff is great, Dr. Arnold is always there with a smile and the work they do is fantastic. Hard as it may seem to believe, but I like going to the dentist since I've seen Dr. Arnold! more

Top Notch-Best i've ever seen 6/16/2017

Arriving late in the day, you might think one would get short shrift. Not so. The hygienist was the best I ever encountered. The hygienist was and always has been very detailed in her approach, deliberate, precise and insists on a very good cleaning. Nothing is overlooked. Dr. Arnold is exceptionally sharp. It seems likely that he has significant experience as well as clinical acumen. Great dental service!! more

Always a Great Experience 2/25/2015

From the time you are taken in (no unnecessary waits in the waiting room) to the care and compassion shown by the hygienist, it is always a nice experience. Dr. Arnold is very fair and willing to watch something before recommending a procedure and I trust his knowledge and expertise. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! more
