Here is my HONEST opinion of this business.. Take it as you will. I recently brought my older model GMC Yukon into this Arkansas A A location for repair of a non-working A/C unit. Granted, I had no idea what was wrong with my vehicle, but I paid the diagnostic fee of $45, which is applicable to any service fees rendered. Great, no problems. Well I received a very prompt and curteous call back that same afternoon saying the repairs would run $250-300 to fix, OK. Turns out when I got there the actual repairs were $75 more, bring the cost to $380+. I "bit the bullet" and had them "fix" it, assuming my A/C troubles would be gone. 3 weeks later I had to bring it back for a second evaluation when the air went luke-warm again. This time, ACTUAL fix was a new compressor and would cost me $1,000 MORE DOLLARS. Much more than I EVER wanted to spend on an older vehicle. Bottom Line --- BAD Diagnosis. $400 dollars wasted. WISH I WOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE REAL ISSUES PRIOR TO WASTING MY $400
