They came 1/2 hour late with only 1-1/2 hour lead time until the flight. Their schedule showed the pickup for 15 minutes later than the reservation. They lost another 10 minutes in transit unable to locate another rider. This experience is consistent with various other reviews on a distinct review site. more

Rude counter employees, charged my credit card additional money AFTER I was already in van (saying I gave them the wrong zip code dispite my proof and the drivers confirmation that the zip code I gave was correct), no response to letter of complaint to the CEO, had to have additional charge removed by credit card company via dispute. Will not use again. (The driver was courteous and helpful.) Pros: courteous driver Cons: crooks more

I scheduled a taxi a day in advance to pick up my son at 1:30 p.m (Yellow Cab (520)624-6611). I tried to reach them to confirm and to have them pick him up earlier. Guess what - their phone line was busy from 12:10 to 1:15 p.m. I therefore had to make other arrangements with Arizona Stagecoach. They said they would be there in 15 minutes and they were there in 10 minutes! Wouldn't you know - the taxi company called at 1:45 p.m. wondering where my son was. Really? I am not a competitor and my review is definitely from a real consumer. If I can't communicate freely with a company, I rather not use that company at all. Thanks Arizona Stagecoach for being there when you said you would be! Pros: Fast pick up more

Had to call back 6 times in order to get a correct email confirmation for pickup. Could not give consistent times for pick up or prices. After all of the trouble with customer service, I decided to call and cancel the reservations. Cons: Terrible customer service more

Tricky people. I made reservations by phone for a party of nine, small children included.. They had quoted me $119.00 for the roundtrip service which was a fare price and something we could afford. I called three times to confirm the pricing since I had already had heard that Stagecoach is known for changing their pricing last minute. Sure, enough when the courier came at 03:45 to pick us up he charged us 138.00 and said that he was not going to charge for the children. I confronted him and told him what we were quoted, he stated that is what the quote is on the list and that he was just the messenger. Then he said that he was not going to charge for the small children, as if he was doing us a favor. Small kids are only charged $2.00 each way.DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! My poor senior mom ended up paying the difference since we all had to catch the plane. more

I was told i was going to be charged one amount. Then they just changed my amount when they told me they would charge me 3 $ more they actually charged 9 $ more! They are reliable to pick you up, just don't try to change the address to be picked up at. Pros: sometimes friendly driver Cons: bad customer service more
