my mother used the alarm service once, no complaints. sent the ambulance out and she was ok. they called me to let me know i stopped by after. how great is this. would reccommend this medical alert program to anyone! Pros: the install guy took about 10 minutes and was pretty funny. more

Great Medical Alert Company 4/28/2010

They were great, they came out and set up the medical alarm system promptly (the same day). I have no complaints as of yet and my mom seems to be wearing them. Pros: I like the customer service, set it up for free, same equipm Cons: none that I know of more
