I have been seeing Dr. Gelety for many many years. He was my doctor as a teen with other problems and said when you get ready for a family come see me. He was always kind hearted and so smart he is the only one that found anwers for me. I got married and wanted a family and it wasn't happening on my own so I went to see him to help us. Now having his own practice Arizona Center for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, I was happy to trust in such nice people. His staff has always been carring. Finally I was able with the help of Invitro fertility to conceive a very healthy and smart daughter. After so much emotional trauma in having negative pregnancy tests when you try so hard and do everything right, it was a beautiful day when he told me I was pregnant! I have 1 fallopian tube, the other clogged most likely and pcos but he said ""We will get you pregnant"". It always stuck in my mind because I believed it. Dr. Gelety and Marta had such care for us that there was no doubt we would return again. Finally my husband and I are ready for another child and he we are again! Invitro- fertility again and expecting great results. I have never ever had any problems with them. Front staff are so helpful an kind, Dr, Gelety and Marta taking from their weekends and holidays to meet your cycle is something to be praised. They care for the happiness of the patient and you never feel like a patient. I always feel like I can ask them anything and they discuss everything with my husband and I thouroughly. I thank them and own them everything! We will definetly go back a third time. They feel like my family. I have a friend that I had go there and they got preg 2 months later. I completly recommend this fertility clinic!! more

We have been seeing Dr. Gelety and staff for almost two years now. The initial evaluation process was very detailed and organized. There were times over the course of the last two years in which we wished we received more time with Dr. Gelety so we could have a better understanding of what our situation was or is....After two years, we have built a friendly relationship with Marta and the rest of the staff, we realize they are hopeful with us and are trying everything to make our dreams come true. more

We started seeing Dr. Gelety 3 months ago and our experience there has been wonderful. The staff and Dr Gelety are amazing. Everyone is very helpful and they make you feel very comfortable. They just redid their office and it looks fantastic. The waiting room is comfortable and the rest of the office is very beautiful too. We did our first IUI two weeks ago and everything went really smooth and the entire staff helped us to feel comfortable and as stress free as possible. We are happy to announce that we are pregnant!!! We love the support we have gotten from this office and I am so grateful to have been able to come here. more

I have been a patient for over two years. I have wanted to get pregnant for a long time. I had seen other fertility doctors, but Dr. Gelety and Marta gave me the most hope and understanding regarding my personal situation. I chose to stick with this clinic. I mostly see Marta for my appointments. We have tried fertility drugs and timing, and now I am finally going for IVF. Dr. Gelety and Marta explained every single process and procedure to my level of comfort. And if I ever had a question, Marta was either quick to take the call or call me back. The ladies at the front desk are sweet, everyone has always been accommodating to my schedule, and billing was always explained up front. I have absolutely not a single complaint with this clinic. I am very comfortable there, everyone is kind and straightforward. I would and have recommended them to friends. At this point, Marta feels like family. She explained the odds of pregnancy for each procedure, and even if the IVF doesn't work, I still would have no complaints of the clinic, doctor or nurse because they have tried absolutely everything to my satisfaction to try to get me to conceive. Here's hoping I'm pregnant in a few weeks! more

I began seeing Dr. Gelety in July of 2012 after many failed attempts at pregnancy and no real answers why. Dr. Gelety is as aggressive as you will allow him to be, which I loved, but he was always conscious of making sure we were comfortable with the next steps. His staff was wonderful, from the MA's (especially Carolina), to the front office, to billing. They are very up front about all of the billing aspects so that you are never surprised by the amounts and they are great about giving you options. After 6 months with Dr. Gelety I am leaving 3 months pregnant to go to my regular doctor!! I will truly miss the care that I received while at this office. They are so kind, and genuinely take interest in your individual case. Not to mention have a great success rate with helping women get pregnant!! I would recommend Dr. Gelety to anyone who is having difficulty getting pregnant, and if need be I would most definitely return to his care in the future. more

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for the past 18 months. In the beginning we were very nervous about going to the doctors and confronting that their might be a problem. But after our first visit with Dr. Gelety our opinion changed. Dr. Gelety was very confident and made us feel confident that we would get pregnant. He also made us feel very comfortable with him. We have been meeting with Dr. Gelety off and on for the past 3 months. Tomorrow we are trying the IUI test, we are keeping our fingers cross and praying. Dr. Gelety has been great with us as well as his staff, they are very friendly and welcoming. Overall it has been tough, but with his staff and Dr. Gelety's confidence, we are sure we made the right decision! more

We have been going to Dr.Gelety's office for a couple of months now. Everyone that works there are amazing! I absolutey love Marta! She is so sweet and very knowledgeble at what she does.She is currently working with us and I am very happy with her. She has such dedication and care in what she does and it shows.Honestly that is why we drive the 1 hr 1/2 distance because of the determination and mission they have to help us make our dreams come true. more

I have just begun seeing Dr. Gelety and so far my experience has been great. Dr. Gelety and his nurse practitioner have spent a lot of time explaining all of our options. He is very honest and up front about everything and also listens to what I want. I am looking forward to continuing the process toward getting pregnant with this office. more

It's very sad when you believe in people like Dr. Gelety's office to make your dream come true and it turns out to be a nighmare. \r The RN, scheduled me for the procedure and she had to re-schedule not only 1 but 4 times because she never count the days right.\r They never returned my phonecalls on time or my results. \r The day of my transfer the RN call me when I was on my way to the office and cancelled on me. Then the new day of my transfer she called me and said she needed me right away to be at the office or they were going to push me for later on that day. When I got there they made me wait 5hrs to do my transfer. The nurse was very rude.\r I suppoused to get my pregnancy test results on Dec 17 and they ended up calling me 2 wks after to tell me it was negative and to stop taking my meds and shots. The only reason they called was because my husband called them first and was very upset. I was very depress and didn't wanted to talk but Martha the RN called me and said they never saw my results and it was my fault for not calling them earlier to ask for them. Dr. Gelety called me to and said it was sad but to come back and try again.\r Ofcouse I won't go back to that office and I told all my friends about it, actually I have 2 friends they already cancelled their appointments.\r It's already sad not to get pregnant for people like these treat you like they don't care. more

We tried for close to 4 years on our own to get pregnant and, after 2 devastating miscarriages, got in touch with Dr. Gelety, had a fabulous 1-on-1 consult and mapped out a plan we were both happy with and now have 3 miracle babies.\r \r Dr. Gelety and his staff are also willing to come in on weekends to perform procedures so that you don't have to wait another cycle. I feel that he is also sensitive to the costs of procedures and doesn't try to push them on you. Gives great detailed explanations of his reasoning for things.\r \r Marta is also fabulous. Always asks first how you are doing and never acts like she's in a rush, even when the waiting room is jam-packed. Pros: Listens to your concerns, sensitive to IF emotions Cons: Occasional delay in getting phone results more

I recently met another family that relied on Gelety to help them with a baby and learned that my experience and view of the guy was accurate and justified. He's in it for the money. I would not recommend Dr. Gelety to anyone. They lost my test results multiple times, didn't return my calls, refused to explain treatment and acted offended when I asked questions. When I went to another doctor, it took THREE MONTHS to get my records. I don't know if his office is intentionally difficult to work with or just incompetent, but avoid going there at all costs. Pros: easy to get an appointment Cons: everything else more

Dr Gelety, Marta and Sandra were awesome. They took my calls (I called a lot) and were very kind. After our long battle with infertility, we now have a 10 month old baby boy. We are planning for the next one now!! more
