My emergency service called was answered. I am in between of whether to call or not because , my Heating failed in the middle of the night. At first I was expecting a machine will answered me, but a human voice and did immediately dispatched youself and a crew . And right there , troubledshooted the problem, detailed by detailed . After replacing my low voltage transformer , which did'nt produced power to the low voltage system, my eyes wide opened when I heared the sound of blower, and the firing of my furnace. I was back in business, in about 45 minutes, I felt the warmed house again , Truly you;re great and helpful. You charged me fairly considering it was in the middle of the night and in emergency case. more

I just replaced my Warm Foreced Air Heater a year ago, but for some reasons it went into different troubles minor and major. Before I ignored your Company as endorsed by my neighbors , whom you serviced and repaired most of them.,simply because, the previous installer came and go servicing the troubles. more

I am very disappointed in this company's service and dishonesty. They were called to fix a heater. They diagnosed the problem as a new motherboard needed. They ordered the part, replaced it, and the unit did not work properly. I called another service, and they evaluated the heater and identified a completely different problem that needed to be fixed (the pitch of the pipe). I called back Aries (Joel is the person in charge). He initially denied it, then agreed to refund the money. He refunded the service charge but then said he would not refund the $225 for the part. I said ""But it didn't need to be replaced."" He then agreed to come take it out and put the old one in and refund the money. He never came. I called him up, and he hangs up on me now. He told me it sounds like I really need money. That wasn't nice or professional. He was dishonest in promising to come on a specific day to refund the money, and he never showed up. I don't want to ruin his business, but I think the way he treated me here is really horrible, and I think it is important for anyone considering using this company to know how he is dealing with this problem. I've now given him more than 2 months or so to do what he said he would do, and he ignored the problem. And now he just tries to ignore me. I don't understand how this kind of business is being run. more
