Was very satisfied until recently 11/14/2015

Was going to this place for years and loved them. However recently, had a maintenance check done and very soon afterwards car starts smoking and making a machine gun sound. Took it back in and they fixed it for 72.50. My beef is that they charged me for a mistake. Either a) they caused it or b) they missed it in the maintenance check. Will go back and hoping this is an anomaly but just not cool when someone charges you to fix their own mistake. more

Winterize and oils change 2002 Explorer 11/9/2015

Sottys is the #1for services and repairs. We have been using Scotts for 30 years. Never is there a return for something not repaired correctly. Since becoming a widow I Continue to trust them 100% to be honest in their repair suggestions. The employees are courteous and so helpful in all aspects more

The work is always done superbly. Everyone is plenty nice, except the lady who answers the phone in the early morning during the week comes across a bit grouchy like she hates talking to customers. The girl in the afternoon and Sat mornings is very cheerful though. more

Our family has been having cars serviced there for over 25 years. The current crew, led by Adam and including Robert and others are a terrific bunch. They give accurate advice, they are all customer oriented and their work is always reliable. Great to have them in our neighborhood. more
