Go in for radio fuss and got a new fuel pump. 11/10/2016

Blew a radio fuse. They replaced the in a couple of minutes. Went to start car and wouldn't start. Ted had one of the mechanics check and determined the fuel pump was bad. Ted said they could do it next day Got a call a. Couple hours later and said my radio worked but also they fixed the fuel pump and I could pick it up. Asked if I could pick up next day and they said yes. Thanks Ted for the laugh. more

No Nonsense Autoshop 11/9/2016

Another Dealers shop had us worried the sway bars and the Ball Joints are going to fail any minute. We brought our car for a second and honest opinion and got exactly what was expected of them. There was no reason to fix anything. Very pleased with their honesty and care shown. Thank you. Zahid more

I can always depend on these guys to find the problem and perform an honest job for an honest price. Being a woman going into a service shop alone you never know but i don't have to worry here. From the service advisors to the mechanics everyone is friendly knowledgeable and professional. I've been going to them for years and happy to refer anyone I know here. more

This is the most honest repair place I've ever been in the WHOLE EARTH! Seriously! (Considering that I lived on other continents.) Honest and hard working mechanics. If you need honest work, fast service at a good price, you should definitely check out this spot. Highly recommended! There is a reason everyone gives them 5 stars:because they are THE BEST! It's rare that you leave your car to be repaired and you don't have to be nervous about dishonest mechanics. At Arden Village, they actually try to save me money. This last time I took my 12 year old BMW in, I needed a sensor and they opted to look for one at the wreckers. The same visit, I needed front brakes and few other things fixed and they wanted to help me keep the cost down. What mechanic does that...Arden Village does! more
