I've lived here for more then 2 years now. It's been 2 years too many. The neighborhood smells like pet feces because the property uses fake grass to dress things up. The apartment prices are inflated by all the actors, and students in the area. It's only positive note is being very close to the subway, and 101 freeway. Other then that, prepare for parties, no parking, and high rent. more
