My family and I ate at this Arby's on September 12. After we sat down to eat, this tall employee with ear gauges (who prepares the food mind you) came out in front of the counter and began picking his teeth for about five minutes. WITH HIS HAND, THIS EMPLOYEE THAT PREPARES THE FOOD BEGAN PICKING HIS TEETH, WHILE CHATTING WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES! He was in front of the counter where customers stand so he obviously wanted to be seen! This employee then wiped his nose with his hand and resumed picking his teeth. Get this! He than returns to his station to prepare more food. THAT'S SERIOUSLY GROSS!!!!!! My only wish is that the health inspector been there to see this!!! Jaimee was the manager on duty, and she acted oblivious to this employee that likes picking his teeth in front of customers.
