I just moved into arbor crest on may 1 2013 and never have I ever been so disappointed, it is the worst, counter tops were not changed out they got cigarette burns on then in the kitchen and in the bathroom, around the walls in the kitchen and bathroom they did not cork, oh but wait they didn't redo the floors in the bathrooms or the kitchen it is just terrible, I am to ashamed to have anybody over to what suppose to be my new apartment, I moved from Smoketree apartments and that was a very big mistake at least when they rent you a apartment everything is correct EVERYTHING!!!!!! maybe I need to call 2 wants to know and let them see how apartments are leased at arbor crest. I'm OUT!!!!! more

Nice Office Staff but .............................. 6/10/2009

The office Staff are nice .. the grounds could use some real landscapers . The noise from the kids is a bit much at times seems some parents in the area do not watch the kids . The apartments are nice .. the company could use better painters . as the ones who have painted leave paint all over the place on the stove the sink and so forth .. the appearance of some of the apartments looks run down as hell from the outside with the trash left out on the grounds ripped screens and dirty breezeways. paint chips fall on your head from the paint that's chipping in the breezeways. honestly we cant wait for our lease to be up.. moved here thinking it was nice. however after the first month we are ready to get the hell out . more

okay apartments 1/6/2009

I stayed here for about a year and enjoyed it. It's a little noisy because of all the families with children around. The apartments could use some remodeling, but they aren't bad. more
