When I took my 2004 Focus hatchback to Arbor Auto Works I had high expectations. I had read reviews from this website and I was ready for my car to be back to normal. Matt had promised he would have a mechanic ride in the car with me to tell me what the problem was, which was more than anyone else had done in previous mechanic visits to diagnose the same problem. I thought that sounded good, so off I went to the corner of Houston and Burnet Roads. Matt did indeed have someone ride in the car with me and he told me I needed new tires and the problem would be fixed. I couldn't believe it! I actually stood there and argued with them that I thought it was something else and they probably could have told me whatever they wanted and I would have gone for it. I decided to take a leap of faith and bought a whole new set of tires. Low and behold problem fixed!! Thanks guys for not taking advantage of a complete idiot! You just won a customer for life!!
