Arapahoe Hyndai is the best service department we have ever been too! Our car has always been ready before the time stated and they have provided a rental car for us for free, while our car has been in the shop. Awesome and friendly service! more

Oil Change 8/26/2015

August 21, 2015 My appointment was for 4:45 pm, but I managed to avoid traffic and arrived at 4 pm. The Service staff welcomed me right in, and though the car was promised within an hour, I was out in 45 minutes. Car washed, instructions given, smiles on everyone's faces, after 11 years of Loyalty, the staff at Arapahoe Hyundai continues to impress me. And I managed to get my wife to give up on her Volkswagen and switch to an Elantra. She too is now a happy Hyundai customer. THE BEST! more

Unfinished re-assembly 8/19/2015

went there for a recall. had another issue that happened occasionally and no one could find the problem because it did not happen while we were there. However, parts of the underside of the car were not finished bolted back on when we left, causing it to come lose 1 1/2 hours from the dealership. we called and yep, they had the parts there in the service area. I would recommend the dealership to people, but if you know anything about cars, double check that all the parts are there before you leave. more

Paul, Kevin and the service people continue to be the biggest asset your dealership has. I just wish the car didn't require $1545 in repairs but it did and they got it fixed. more

Dissapointed in the service provided 8/10/2015

I recently moved here from Kentucky. I stopped by to introduce myself and get a an oil change. I was greeted but not with much enthusiasm. My vehicle sat for about 30 minutes before it was taken to the work area. I waited in the waiting room. It was dirty, the bathrooms were dirty. I was not offered any beverages. I asked for a license plate bracket and they said it would be on order and when the vehicle was finished they would put it on the work order. Once the vehicle was completed I was notified. I was not explained the work that was completed. My vehicle was still dirty. I would have thought they might want to set a good first impression and give me a courtesy wash but they didn't. I didn't want to ask either. It took about 2 hours for a basic oil change. I was very disappointed with this service I received. I hope that it will be better next time I go. more

I've had sloppy work done at other service stations. I love the work done at Arapahoe Hyundai. It gives me peace of mind when I drive after servicing. I know the job is done with care. more
