I had a 2:00 app't. and was there several hours, for a job that seemed like should have taken far less time (replacing a broken plastic part on the driver's-side floor & walk-around safety inspection). I told them my car was making a weird noise, and they said to bring it back another day, without attempting to listen to the noise. Additionally, I am having trouble receiving a new debit card for the Hyundai Lifetime reimbursement program. The service people kept stating that I was not eligible to receive a mileage reading. When I told them it was an error and I had contacted the national # multiple times, as well as e-mailed the Lifetime MPG program multiple times, all they did was continue to give me the same phone #s I had called before with no results. The service people were polite, but did not go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service.
