The product is good but it takes at least 2 weeks to get service. We told them that the tank had NO salt left and the water was totally RUSTY! They told us to go buy salt and put ...

Aquarious Home Servise Todd E 3/3/2017

I had a new home built by B & H builders out of Miltona and have been dealing with nothing but problems including the water softener/filtration system they installed which was supposed to clear all the iron from the water, it did not. Thank God we called Aquarius and found Todd E, he is a blessing. Todd was attentive to our needs and concerns. Todd's communication and work ethic before during and after the installation of our new water system is the best we have encountered. The system Todd recommended fixed all our issues. We have been using our Kinetico system for 6 months now and it has eliminated all our problems, my wifes hair is blond again, we can feel the softness in our water, we can drink our water, our clothes look better and cleaning is much easier saving us time and money. I would recommend Todd to anyone having any kind of water issues, he can fix it. Thank you Todd! more

Review of recent service 1/18/2017

Our 5 year old Kinetico started running extremely long cycles and water was no longer soft. This problem ended up taking 3 visits by 2 different repairmen to our home plus a followup visit to test our water. Even though it would have been nice if this could have been fixed with one visit, I was very impressed with the professionalism of Mike C. and also the communication with clerical staff who always followed up on every phone call. I always had the feeling that they took pride in customer service and would continue until our system was working again. Mike C. really went the extra mile to explain what he was doing and I had confidence that he would do whatever it took to get our water quality good again. more

Love my water from Kinetico ??What a difference it made my hair and clothes are so much cleaner. And I can actually drink my water now. So clear and no smell, plus what excellent service we received from Dave frechetthe. And the installers were also very professional.. Very pleased. more

Dave frechette was a wonderful sales man. He knows in his product and believes in his product. He was very involved before the install. But the best part was he was involved after the install to make sure everything was running properly and to test to make sure the water was perfect. Thanks again Dave. more

Happy with Service and System 12/22/2016

This is Gary Baumann from Neenah, Wisconsin, just want to explain the experience I had with Aquarius Home Services and Kinetico and their people. Got a flyer in the mail that I saw Kinetico so I'm familiar with the product but I haven't had one for a long time so I want to get another. Had a chance to talk to Shane and had him come over. We talked about the products, we looked in the basement and where we were going to put this a unit, he took pictures and made it really easy. Justin the installer came over and I was so surprised at the everything that the Shane said we were going to do he did exactly the same so it really worked out well. I would just recommend another unit to anyone I really like the two tank and the no electricity so I guess all I can say is so far I'm drinking water is been great and the system has been great. Shane came over again to do a follow up visit and we went over a few more things. I feel real comfortable with with him and the same with Justin. Once again I would give it A five star whatever is the highest. I hope this helps and someone make a decision on the unit. It's on the high end but I really think when it's all down to it, it's money well spent, you get what you pay for. Shane has been really super I can call to get questions answered and if cant get a hold of him if he doesn't answer the office always helps. So its never been a problem. So once again super happy and OK so go ahead and make a decision thank you more
