The staff at AquaStar were polite, professional and competent. I called on a Sunday evening when my furnace quit working and was without heat. I requested for a repairperson to come the following morning and they arrived promptly the next morning and were able to fix the problem within a short amount of time. They took the time to explain my options for purchasing a new furnace/AC and made sure to answer all of my questions. My appointments were scheduled quickly and they were very accommodating in working with my schedule. Staff arrived promptly each day and worked efficiently on the installation of my new furnace/AC as well as for all the ductwork performed. I’m very satisfied with the high quality furnace/AC installed and the duct cleaning/sealing has made a huge difference in my home. I highly recommend AquaStar for their excellent service and quality work. more

All the staff at AquaStar provided polite, professional and competent service. They arrived promptly each day and explained everything very well to make sure I understood what was being done. Water heater repair 1/3/2018

Whirlpool water heater would not heat, even with pilot light on. Called several plumbers in area and was told they did not work on Whirlpool brand due to parts issues. Called AquaStar at 8 am, they were out to the house by 12:30 and were able to repair the problem, with no cost for parts. HIGHLY recommend them. Will call them again in the future for any plumbing need. more

Furnace repair 1/2/2018

The technicians arrived on time, were professional, fixed the problem and explained the situation very clearly. They noticed a minor situation with the close-by water heater, fixed it and let me know to look out for it. Very pleased with this service. more

EmergencyFurnace Problem 12/10/2017

My boiler furnace sprung a leak on Saturday. Joe and a helper showed up and fixed the system so that we did not lose heat. THANK YOU AquaStar! more

Alfred was great help. 11/27/2017

Alfred trouble shoot my furnace problem and soon discovered that the humidifier had the wrong circuit board settings. He was kind, thorough, and helped train me on the use of my thermostat. more

I discovered my water heater leaking on Friday afternoon. Denise in the office told me not to worry- someone would help me today. Louis came. He was very professional and stayed until after 7pm to complete my job. He had all the necessary tool/parts and cleaned up afterward. more

Luis has been helping us with our (many) heating and plumbing headaches ever since we moved into our new house over a year ago. After our first experience with him, I signed a membership contract that has since saved us a great deal of money and given us greater peace of mind. We could not be more pleased with his work, as well as that of the rest of the Aquastar team, especially Jeff and Steven. more

Excellent customer service! 7/25/2017

I was floored at how quickly a service tech was at my house and DONE with the work. I'm not the easiest customer - I'm always asking a thousand questions and going off on a tangent and adding more work... Denise was so friendly and communicative, texting updates - she was just great. And Jeff was onsite, replaced my gas line quickly and went above and beyond by helping me place my stove correctly. (the delivery guys for the merchant where I bought the stove did a lousy job). I can honestly say that I'll be using them again (adding a line out to a grill outside among other things) and will enthusiastically be recommending them to others. Thank you so much!! --Kathi more
