The ""service"" took about 3 minutes, but it was done properly. Then the price increased from the pre-service phone conversation price. Dispute arose.
The service man called the ""Boss"", Tarra, who said, over a relatively minor monetary dispute, ""Undo the service, take the bulb out"". She would rather be paid nothing and penalize the customer than to concede a Dime. Mentality issue?
In my opinion and by my personal standards, she was unreasonable and belligerent.....ready to do battle. ""Customer Service"" and courtesy seemed to be a myth to her. Not a person I would want to do business with again.
Also, I believe her price is very high for the time and product involved. Call a plumber. Avoid the abuse.
