Water Tank Installation 11/1/2018

My experience with Approved Plumbing was excellent. I received my phone call from Sharon regarding delivery time. Mike and John arrived on time. Mike introduced John to me and they covered their shoes. They both got started on laying the protective sheets on the floor and carpets. They worked well as a team and they both worked efficiently. The draining of the tank went smoothly. The installation went well along with clearing out the air in the pipes and checking the water and the checking the pressure. Mike and John explained and showed me everything they did to complete the new installation. Mike answered all my questions and the installation was completed in a timely manner. They both cleaned up the area and everything was back in order. The new equipment was of a good quality and tags were attached to the pipes, so that everything was marked along with the warranty attached to the tank. Everything is all in one place. Mike and John provided excellent service. Invoicing went quickly and efficiently. I would recommend both men and Approved Plumbing and Sewer Cleaning Company. more

Cleaning out a bathroom sink drain. 8/31/2018

Both Laura and Luke were extremely friendly and professional. I called a little after 9:00 am and Luke and Orlando arrived around 10:00 am. They cleared a bathroom sink drain quickly and efficiently. more

Jeff was great. He arrived on time, was polite, careful around my cats and in my house, explained everything to me and fixed everything. He didn't leave a spec of dirt anywhere. I cannot remember a better service call in my life. I would highly recommend Jeff. more

Bathroom Remodel 3/22/2018

I could not be more satisfied with the work done by Approved Plumbing for my bathroom remodel. Mike listened to my ideas and was respectful of my budget. Sharon and Laura were always so polite on the phone and always let me know when the crew was on the way. Russ, Luke, and John were very thorough with the entire project. I was shown the progress of the project each day and Russ always explained everything along the way. From the beginning, these gentlemen treated my house as if it were their own. They truly cared about the quality of their workmanship not settling for anything but the best in the finished project. I would not hesitate hiring Approved Plumbing for future projects. more

Received great service from everyone at Approved Plumbing. Easy to schedule appointment, very prompt for appointment and called before arriving. Gave options for fixing issue and explained the options well. Ordered parts and even came back when a small complication occurred while waiting for the part. Would highly recommend. Excellent plumbers. 2/28/2017

Upstairs shower had annoying water drip problem. Called Approved Plumbing guys came to my house on time noticed problem and fixed it better than I thought for a affordable low price. Will surely keep this company in mind for future plumbing. more

Inspection 2/10/2017

we know Carl from previous jobs. This inspection seemed thorough and the results and proposed action clearly explained. Curious why almost everything that was "OK" was rated "Fair" even the sink and faucet he put in last year? 1 "Good", 34 "Fairs", and 10 "Needs Work", by my count. Maybe he does not want us to become complacent? more

Wow! 10/26/2016

Sent an email last night at 8:00 pm saying I had a water leak. Got a call from Approved Plumbing at 7:45 AM this morning and Service tech arrived a half hour later! Hour after that, problem fixed. Unbelievably fast service. Russ was professional and personable. Great business and would highly recommend Approved Plumbing ! more

Water Tank Installation 10/16/2016

Jeff S. was my installer and he did a fantastic job! Approved Plumbing was recommended by 2 friends of mine who both said they would never use anyone else. Jeff arrived on time, answered all my questions and when he wasn't sure about something, he called in for assistance. He checked my sump pumps to make sure they were in operating condition. He also checked the water pressure which he told me was too high and needed to be adjusted. He and his helper were very careful about putting on footies and protecting my home from damage. When the dolly they were bringing the new tank in on got mud on the wheels, they stopped and wiped it off before bringing it inside. Jeff also cleaned up very carefully including the area around one of my sump pumps that hadn't been touched since I moved in 17 years ago! I was very impressed with their care and knowledge. Deep clog (sludge) in pipes 9/19/2016

Excellent customer service from start (Laura) to finish (Carl and Milke). We weren't sure how many feet in/down our clog was so plumbers Carl and Mike started with the shorter of snakes. It ended up being long enough and therefore ended up saving me a couple hundred bucks. They worked quickly, were neat, and explained my problem. I could not have been happier with their service and will call them back without hesitation next time. more

Service call 7/25/2016

Customer service rep with whom I made the appt was very kind and easy to work with. Both service technicians were equally friendly and pleasant. I thought that the price of $188 per hour to trouble shoot our heater was a bit much. (Esp when he said he would be making a phone call to the manufacturer to figure out what the problem might be, MIGHT. And who knows how long those calls may take) This amount was in addition to the $69 service call. I may have been a little more willing to move forward IF the $69 came out of the $188 for trouble shooting. Pricing just seemed WAY too much. We will be going another route for repairs. Mike just came to my home and worked on a very old bathroom tub dating from 1913. He cleaned the drain and worked on the tub plumbing that had a small leak. He was professional, very clean and explained what he was going to do all along the way. He repaired the problem enough so that the tub may be used while we wait for a part.
