Jeff S. was my installer and he did a fantastic job! Approved Plumbing was recommended by 2 friends of mine who both said they would never use anyone else. Jeff arrived on time, answered all my questions and when he wasn't sure about something, he called in for assistance. He checked my sump pumps to make sure they were in operating condition. He also checked the water pressure which he told me was too high and needed to be adjusted. He and his helper were very careful about putting on footies and protecting my home from damage. When the dolly they were bringing the new tank in on got mud on the wheels, they stopped and wiped it off before bringing it inside. Jeff also cleaned up very carefully including the area around one of my sump pumps that hadn't been touched since I moved in 17 years ago! I was very impressed with their care and knowledge. Nice job Jeff - thanks again!
