I have a Gibson's heating and cooling system that worked great for me for the past five years. Then it stopped at a very not good time--summer days of course. I called this company and they were the ONLY ones I could find that work with Gibsons. They got my system working again and I am happy with them more

Their repairman told me what was wrong and about other maintenance I need to keep on doing to make it work well.?Just for the extra effort of letting me know how to maintain my Ac performing correctly, that was worth the money I paid to have it repaired. ?Thank you very much, you are all highly appreciated. more

Our dishwasher stopped washing the dishes on the top shelf so I called these guys and the next day I got a visit from their technician. He knew exactly what he was going on.He was really great and I applaud all reviews here. more

The freezer seems to be working right before the repairman showed up. At least i would expect him to do a check-up to make sure nothing else is wrong. The guy did not bother to check anything else. more

I did a web search and found Appliance Repair NYC. They were straightforward over the phone and told me that they would hook me up with the best deal. The technician arrived as promised. The diagnosis was quick and the service costs are reasonable. Now I know who to contact for all our appliance issues. more

I was extremely impressed with Appliance Repair NYC. I called during the middle of the afternoon and Appliance Repair NYC sent someone to inspect and repair my refrigerator that same evening. The expert was timely, friendly, efficient and did a great job! My refrigerator is generating cold temperatures again. The price was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again for any repair needs. more

We just recently got a new oven and were extremely disappointed when it broke after just a few months. Appliance Repair NYC sent their repairmen to help us with our problem. Not only they fixed our dishwasher, they also showed us a few helpful tips on how to use it correctly. Expeditious, courteous, effective - loved it. Just wanted to thank you for your honesty. Needed to replace a part of our oven and the technician said it was going to be around $400. Then he asked how old the oven was and when he found it was only 4 years old he said it might still be on warranty. We called the company right then and realized he was right. We need companies like you - quick, efficient and HONEST. more

Just wanted to write a note regarding the outstanding service the technician provided to us today. After diagnosing the problem on the freezer as a broken fan, he discovered that he did not have the part on his truck. He called around and located it from an alternate parts store. He returned a couple of hours later with the fan and installed it. more
