Great Company!! I found this company through an acquaintance. They provide a great deal of service to all of my properties in the area. I am please with the way they handle my business and I will refer them on. In reference to the actual work done; there is nothing to complain about, In fact they are very handy and the service is always completed on schedule. When my friend told me about this company i called them up, they were so friendly and professional. I was afraid that they weren't going to be bale to come to me on a Sunday but they did- for no extra charge at that!!! more

Appliance Repair NYC was wonderful. They were on-time and prepared to get right to the problem. They didn't leave until they felt comfortable that they diagnosed the problem and then when the tech returned with the new part, he did not leave until everything was working properly. I would use Appliance Repair NYC again and I would highly recommend them to others. Thank you for your professionalism! more

I don't really know much about appliances but what i do know is that this company is great. Appliance Repair NYC serviced my microwave and the part was very complicated to install. The repair man was really smart and he knew what he was doing I watched the whole time in awe!! more

I have an antique for oven. But as I'm not the owner of the apartment I can't do anything about it. Last week the igniter of my oven stopped working. I called the super and he asked me what the best time for me to be at home and all those things. Later on, a nice lady on the phone calls me to confirm the address and appointment. Three hours later I have a Technician from Appliance Repair NYC repairing my antique. That was so cool! more

Highly recommended! I am glad to say that I found Appliance Repair NYC on this search engine. I called them because of the great reviews. I called, and the dispatcher promptly scheduled a visit for the next day, Said the technician was very professional and frank, telling me that he could fix my washer, but it wouldn't be worth, given the price of a new one. He's not the kind of guy who want to make money from his clients no matter what. more

Winter without a dryer could be a 6/11/2012

Winter without a dryer could be a nightmare as you know. My dryer suddenly wasn't drying at all my clothes. I did my little research and pricing because some companies just want to take your money, and I found All Repair NYC and seemed to have the best price. Well actually was like that, they fixed it pretty soon and the cost was not even what I have planned. was cheaper than I thought! more

John was extremely diligent and careful when diagnosing and fixing my Frigidaire refrigerator.You can tell that he's been working a long time with major appliance, I guess he was one of the senior techs. He was professional and does very good work. I would recommend him. more

Great repair 5/29/2012

My dryer was not heating, therefor not drying my clothes for about a week or so. I was getting very aggravated until I found Appliance Repair NYC Company. They solved all my problems. The provided me with all the dryer maintenance tips I needed so that less of a malfunction would happen in the future. They cleaned out all the lint that had been accumulated over the years and fixed my problem rapidly. They offered me a free service call with my dryer repair. I was very pleased with the services they had to offer. more

I called Appliance Repair NYC up when I was having problems with my dishwasher. They sent out repair technicians asap and they were able to fix my dishwasher. Their prices were really fair and they all were really polite and efficient. They fixed my dishwasher in less than an hour. Way to go Appliance Reapir NYC!\r more

Best Customer Service! 5/15/2012

My dryer failed on me this past Thursday night. Appliance Repair NYC was the only service provider that answered my call at 9pm and they were at my place bright and early the next morning. Friday is a busy day for them but they always schedule me in whenever it's convient for me. They have no hidden charges like some companies have. When working with Appliance Repair NYC its an overall excellent experience with them. more

My freezer condenser has stopped working and everything inside it melted. I called Alex, and he sent me an available technician within 2 hours. The repair man had the parts with him and was able to fix it on the spot. Fast is the way I like it done. So great job and thank you Alex for hooking it up. more

When I called these guys to schedule and appointment, I thought that their 3 hour window would be too long. But to my surprise they got here in the first hour. And the repair was done within 2 hours for a complicated LG fridge repair. more
