In this day and age where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, I find the courtesy, professionalism and follow-through of the Jon Wayne staff to be refreshing. Everyone I have ever spoken to is polite, helpful, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. The service techs always wear the 'booties' inside to protect carpets and flooring. The reports are detailed, and the follow-up from Jon Wayne to ensure customer satisfaction is appreciated. I have already recommended Jon Wayne at least once and would do so again if friends or associates have a need for these types of services.
