We had a room that appeared to have a short in the wire, I called and asked to have a person run a diagnostic test run on the electricity in my home, a very nice gentleman came out and checked one switch, 3 outlets, and checked the breaker box. He found a short in one outlet, and the fee was almost $600.00 which we felt was a very high amount for just one outlet to be replaced, which was about 1 hour of time in my house. He did not check any other places in the house. He stated the reason they do not have a fee for house calls, is because they have a set amount they charge for the work they do. We feel this is a big rip off, $600.00 for less than 1 hour of work.
