I paid $4000 over blue book for the car I purchased with you. Driving off the lot, I am in the hole. You gave me $1500 for my trade in and asked $5000 for it, after telling me my...

my favorites are Rich and Gavin in the service dept but I have to really mention the office girls too just a great place and co 1/24/2014

I would recommend Apple Valley Honda to everyone even though they had another make of car they would get great service more

A genuine interest in making sure the customer is satisfied 1/23/2014

Even though there was a communication error, the service department did what they could to provide satisfaction. My only comment would be that I was given a "courtesy" car and then found there was a charge on my bill. The $15 charge is not that much, but it would be nice to have known there was a charge for this service. more

We came from over 100 miles away to purchase our certified used Honda at Apple Valley. It was well worth the trip! The sales staff were very knowledgeable and polite, too. We were given the opportunity to test-drive two different cars that we had been considering, without the added pressure of needing to make a decision immediately. In the end, we left extremely satisfied in our new car, feeling respected for our buying values. more

Initially we had a positive opinion of Apple Valley. We have now done a 180 because of what we believe to be deceptive business practice and lack of concern. Currently we are discouraging people from going to Apple Valley. more
