All Went Smoothly 8/31/2013

My visit was for installing a nose mask which had been sent to the dealer. I live about 2-1/2 hours away from the dealership. So I appreciated their timeliness. There was no waiting when I got there for my appointment and it was finished very quickly. more

Everyone on your staff has always been customer oriented. The service staff always explain everything to me so that I understand completely. Last year your serviceman recommended that I get new tires. I hadn't even noticed and it was winter weather. He pointed this out to me and I bought four new tires and didn't slide once in the snow! Thank you all. more

Never sign papers before you actually see the car in person. Asked two times if it would be just like my current car and answer was yes. Car came in, papers were signed and interior wasn't the same and a few other things I specifically asked about wasn't the same. Very disappointed. more

Apple Valley Honda Service Center is courteous, professional, and do an excellent job. I can always count on them to do the job right. In addition, they explain what was done, and what, if anything needs to be done. I'm confident when I leave there that my CRV is in top shape until our next visit. more
