David dG, Wanna, Michael (iPad-toting concierge), & Kurt are exceptionally user-friendly. Tiffany is, too. Andrew (the Genius) too. No reason to visit any other Apple Store (or Frys or BestBuy) if you're looking for Apple products: iPhones, iPod, MacBooks, iMacs, etc. more

ipods, macs, imacs, emacs.. 7/29/2005

Don't be fooled by their name.. the Apple Store doesn't carry fruit- they carry apple brand (r) computers and likewise things. Around February of this year, we bought an ipod for my daughter. The guy who worked with us explained all the ipods and what they do, starting with the shuffle, to the minis, to the 20gig ipods, to the ipod photo! He was really nice and didn't try to persuade us to buy anything we didn't need. So far there have been a few technical problems, but we've worked them out just fine. It is a GREAT store. more
