I had a work order and they were out fixing same day. Even stayed past 5 to fix my sink. Haven't had any problems and would recommend to anyone who wants to live close to campus for cheap. more

fast repairs 5/23/2013

Had a leak last week, called to complain and it was fixed that day. You expect stuff like that in these older buildings, but I've heard horror stories from friends who rent from other groups about how it takes forever to get stuff fixed. more

I really like being close to campus. I don't have to wait for a bus. I can just walk 5 minutes to class. Appalachian Management has been good to work with. No complaints here. more

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They promise to complete work orders and they never do. They never return phone calls. Appalachian Management is not in the business of renting apartments, they are in the business of taking advantage of hardworking college students. My husband and I rented from them for almost two years and we heard lie after lie. I had to move for work and they (for lack of a stronger way to put it) did their best to screw us over. more

Satisfied Transfer 10/30/2012

Transferring to App in January and I was amazed how helpful these guys were in finding an apartment. They have the closest stuff to campus. I can walk to my classes, which really helps save on gas and parking costs. more

So far my experience with App Management has been great. They even remind me when my rent is do on Facebook. Everyone there has been really nice. My apartment is great. I'm just hoping I can get into Kingswood next year because it's soooo close to campus. more

I'm FINALLY getting off campus next year, and I can't wait. If you're a student, get outta the dorms ASAP! I told them how much rent I could afford and Appalachian Management Service helped me find a cool place that meets Mom and Dads budget, and I can walk to campus, so I won't have to worry about parking. I just renewed my lease for next year, but my roommate is transfering. The lady at the front desk at App Management helped me find another roommate, so I wouldn't have to lose my lease for next year. Thanks, guys. :) more

They helped me save $ on my power bill! 1/4/2012

The maintenance guys came and moved my whole furnace and then re-ducted it, so I could save money on my power bill. I did really did see the difference on my last bill. Thanks for doing that guys. I might can splurge and not eat Ramen tonight! : D LOLLOLLOLLOL more

A Quick Fix 11/7/2011

The people who live above me had a leak in their water heater a few weeks ago and it was dripping through my ceiling. I just called the office and they had a maintenece guy come and fix the problem the next day. It was a lot quicker than I expected them to fix it. Pros: null Cons: null more

Location, location, location 2/14/2011

I really like the location of my new apt. I?m a student at ASU and I can walk to campus, but if I don?t wanna walk, there?s a bus stop just a few feet from my front door. I?m glad I don?t have to pay for a parking pass on campus. Those are expensive. more

A perfect fit!!! 12/29/2010

I?ve heard that renting in Boone can be a nightmare but the people at Appalachian Management made my transition from dorm to apartment easy. They have lots of places to choose from and they worked with my roommates and me personally to find the best fit for us ? close to campus and cheap. more

Appalachian Management Svc is so helpful 11/9/2009

I called Appalachian Management when my husband and I were looking for an apartment in the Boone area. They were so helpful and pointed me in the right direction. They let me know which apartments were mainly college kids and which were not. more
