This is a pool company that makes believe they are responsible but they are anything but. Had my pool resurfaced by them (1) year ago and I am still waiting for them to repair the leak(s). I have called them over-and-over and most of the time never get a call back. When I do get a call back, there is always an excuse why they can't get to my home to take care of problem. Stay away from these people unless you are looking for major aggravation and stress.
