Excellent emergency service 1/2/2022

This morning we awoke to no heat. 65 degrees inside 7 degrees outside. Called Apollo emergency line and received a call back from our technician, Alex, within 15 minutes. He helped me trouble shoot over the phone and told me to call back if our system did not begin to heat in a short time. The heat did not kick in so called him back. He came to our home within 20 minutes. Alex was able to make an interim fix to keep us warm through the weekend. We are impressed with the response time and professionalism that we experienced. Alex was caring, polite and knowledgeable. We will recommend Apollo every time. more

Will not stand by work 2/16/2021

Called to come out and fix ac and install a new thermostat. 2 so called technicians came out. they replaced a part and got it running. But during their diag disconnected my heat. FF to this winter I have outrageous electric Bill's, due to their incompetence. On top of that the Manger Tanner when confronted essentially told me to go fornicate myself and hung up. He is a disgrace and has no business, in customer service. Do not use them, they will not stand behind their work. more

Great Customer Service 2/7/2019

I needed a thermocouple replaced with a part I had ordered online. Eric VanAlstine was professional and personable...and called to let me know when he was finishing up another job and then when he was on his way. He did a great job and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I would recommend Apollo Heating and Air and would definitely do business with them again. more
