This is the second time in a couple of years of routine service that Eric solved seemingly long-term problems with our H&V equipment. The service that he has provided is excellent. He demonstrates excellent knowledge and motivation to resolve problems regardless of how much time and energy may be needed. He is also a good communicator of any problems and its resolution. more

Excellent Job on my Nest install 10/17/2018

I have been using Apollo HVAC for several years. They always deliver top notch service. I asked for Eric V. because I like the way he listens to my problems and he is very knowledgeable. He quickly solves any problems that I have. He goes the extra mile to make sure he takes care of any issues that I have. more

Analyze and Repair heat Pump Malfunction 7/23/2018

Eric called to say he would be early and arrived as promised. He made a quick analysis and promptly replace a failed condenser. He answers my questions and also checked and replaced the filter which we agreed was needed. I was impressed with his knowledge of the unit and his speed and skill in completing the repair. As always, I will call Apollo when I need service on the heat pump. more

Eric is simply the best. He is thorough, professional and efficient. My husband keeps records of all work done so we can follow up on stuff the next visit (gotta love engineer husbands!), but Eric remembers our system and has always already checked it all. He is unfailing polite and patient, explaining in easy to understand terms whenever there is something that needs attention. He has offered tips on using our thermostat and whole house fan to keep the temperature even throughout the house during the most extreme seasons. He deserves the highest praise not only for his competence, but for his attention to details and consideration for the customer. more
