THE GOOD CLEANERS 3/4/2009

Their technicians took their time to explain to me the appropriate ways to care for my carpet. They also got out tough spots and gave me some useful tips on how to deal with spots right after they appear. Those guys were really cleaning my carpets, not just moving the dirt around. Customer service is very important to me. Apex provided me with great customer service when they cleaned my dining room area rug . The cleaner was professional and in uniform when he came to pick up my rug. I was given a return date and was promised it would be returned on that date. The crew from Apex impressed me with their service. Very high quality cleaning service. My sofa and upholstered chairs were filthy with dirt. New York Carpet Cleaning 11/16/2006

Apex provided me with the best carpet cleaning experience I ever had. My carpet is very light beige color. It wasn't cleaned for about a year. When my son threw up I knew it needed to be cleaned right away. I am very happy with the cleaning. The carpet looks so much cleaner . It is amazing what a difference one cleaning can make.
