i noticed a big wet spot in my garage ceiling last week. I've used Avner on several occasions over the years and called him to look into the leak. He diagnosed it in very short order without tearing up my ceiling (i had a faulty seal in a toilet above). Our water heater began to leak, initially we went to Sears and arranged for an install, when their plumber arrived he told us it was impossible to install the heater we purchase; something about the pipes weren't the right size and wanted us to buy a twice as expensive unit. We said no thanks. We then called Apex Plumbing based on a referral from a girlfriend.
