I usually don't write any kind of reviews, but when I feel that a place of business really went out of their way to not only solve my issues but make me feel like I wasn't just ""another customer"" i like to reward them back by referring them to others that may have similar issues. I recently bought a small restaurant and low and behold, with this great little place came not so great little visitors stemming from the previous owners. Dave, my technician, not only got rid of my problem but also took the time to talk to me about the restaurant business, and basically just make me feel like I wasn't just another ""customer"" Instead of getting the job done & hurrying out, Dave took his time examining the restaurant, and even explaining some other non-pest related problems!...This coming from an exterminator was new to me, let me tell you! Usually you get techs that are boring, unpleasant, etc, because let's face it, it isn't the most glamorous job! So, hopefully someone reads this and gives Apex a call if they have any problems. Completely 100% worth every penny I spent & I WILL be calling them back if any other ""critters"" should arise! Nice Job Apex, it really is nice to get amazing service these days!
