Company has horrible customer service. I was a member of a gym they manage and had been attempting to cancel my membership monthly from May-Sept. I was told a different method by every person I spoke with and was continually charged each month. I finally spoke with a manager who said she was sorry I was given multiple wrong instructions on how to cancel my membership, but she would unfortunately not be able to refund the 120 dollars I had paid to them while living in another state because it was their policy. They lost my cancellation, gave multiple wrong methods of cancellation, and were rude.
