What a disappointment. First visit was for just a general check up on the system. Although the tech said the system looked very good, and pressure was high, nine days later, the A/C stopped. On return visit, I said I didn't want to pay for repairs, but got a $500+ bill at the end ($70 I had agreed to along the way). It is an old machine, so yes, maybe something happened between visits one and two, but why would they sink $500 into work and freon when I have stated I didn't want to pay for anything. After the tech left, the system cooled for about 2 hour, then stopped cooling again.
Cons: Poor workmanship. Poor ethics
