Any Hour did a good job keeping me posted about my appointment which was running a bit late. Victor did a great job and was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Worst

I would never recommend this to anyone. The plumber was extremely dishonest. We had a home inspection done and the home inspector found a leak at the connection of one of the pipe...

Service 1/19/2017

The service people I had were all very nice and helpful. Explaining all that was needed. I am, however, VERY UNHAPPY with the furnace installed. For the money it cost, I should have had a better quality furnace. It is VERY loud and makes a funny clicking noise prior to starting. What to do.......I don't know what options I have. BRADY DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB IN EXPLAINING ME WHAT NEEDED TO BE D ONE FOR MY FURNACE, INCLUDING PICTURES OF THE INTERIOR..... VERY DIRTY AND IN NEED OF HELP, AND THEN F0LLOWED THROUGH WITH WHAT WAS PLANNED, INCLUDING SETTING THE THERMOSTAT CORRECTLY, EXPLAINING HOW TO CONTROL THE HUMIDIFIER, PUT IT BY ANOTHER COMPANY A COUPLE OF YEARS BACK (WHICH THEY HAD NOT DONE)CHECKING THE VENTS AND MAKING SUGGESTIONS AS TO MOST ECONOMICAL USE OF MY FURNACE. ALL DONE IN GOOD HUMOR. THANKS, BRADY! more
