Quick and friendly service 12/11/2013

I was having problems with my brakes and I called for an appointment. I was able to get in within two hours of my call. The breaks ended up not needing maintenance, but they were thoroughly inspected and a part that was recalled was replaced. I was not charged for anything and the service representative was honest with me about the breaks (pads should be changed in about 3,000 miles). more

Very Upset with Antwerpen Hyundai Dealership 12/2/2013

Sold me a faulty battery for my car and it exploded and has causes so much more damage to my care than I can afford to repair. Will not honor there mistake. No I will not recommend anyone to purchase a car from them and I have sent many to them because I purchased from them. They can only change my oil in my car. more

Been to another Hyundai dealer within 3 miles of my home who doesn't care about the warranty of my car that was purchased from them. Purchased second Hyundai from Antwerpen which is 20 miles from home and will continue to use their facility to purchase and service my next Hyundai. more

A good service experience except ... 11/25/2013

I brought my 2010 Sonata in to have repairs related to two recalls perfomed. Scheduling, drop off, pick up happened without a hitch. All indications are that the service was performed correctly. My only gripe is that my driver's seat had two small grease marks on it when I picked up the car. more

Rob (my salesman), Luis, Revae and Justin in Service are always AWESOME! They truly seem to enjoy what they do. I've always been greated with a smile and have never left feeling like I was just another "number" to them. Antwerpen Hyundai in Catonsville has earned my loyalty not only because I love my Veloster but mainly because of the people that they have employed there. more

I took my car in for recall work. It was done well. I also had them check for why I could not put gas in my car easily,they charged me said it was fixed. I went to put gas in and it wasnt had to take it back and pay another 300 for repairs that should have been done the first time. more

Light on in the dash, who cares 11/5/2013

They have horrible customer service, I love my hyundai and decided to go here beccause it was closer than where i originally purchased my vehicle, But I will not go again, after a Multi point expection, which really was not done, I was told nothing was wrong with my car, but I get in the car and a light is on in the dash board, no one offered to tell me why, but everything was ok, how do I know that even changed my oil they may have said that was fine too. I will continue to travel to have my vehicle if it means I will recieve better quality service. it made me pick a star, but I give Antwerpen Hyundai 0 stars. more

Rountine Service - Hopefully Not?? 10/26/2013

Complete lack of concern for thier customers' time waiting. Inattentive to details returning the vehicle with incomplete work and not clean. Lack of awareness of thier own inventory. Moderate to high prices on top of poor service. more

Overall review on service 10/15/2013

I live about 25 minutes from a Hyundai dealership in Md. but I prefer driving an hour to Antwerpen Hyundai in Baltimore Md. where I purchase my vehicle. The people there are very professional and nice. They take very good care of you. Ben helped me and he was outstanding! more
